Two draft amendments to the Excise Duty Act

Two draft amendments to the Excise Duty Act have recently appeared on the RCL website – one of 12 September 2019 (UD 557) and one of 30 September 2019 (UD 563).
A reconciliation conference on the draft of 12 September will be held at the Ministry of Finance on 8 November 2019.
