Electronic delivery document with a transitional period!

POGP's efforts to introduce a transitional period for the use of the electronic delivery document (e-DD) have ended in success.
Under the original version of the excise provisions, the e-DD was to be introduced on 1 January 2019. The draft act amending the act amending the Excise Duty Act includes a provision on a transitional period until 31 December 2019. This means that in the period from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019 companies from the LPG industry in Poland may apply the existing rules.
