Invoices for Services Performed by UDT - New Information

Since 1 January 2019, invoices and bills for services performed by the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) have been issued centrally on the basis of data imported from the branches and offices where the work or services were carried out.
A single bill or invoice is issued for a given counterparty covering, in aggregate, the services performed in all branches and offices during one week (bills and invoices separately).
Invoices and bills may be sent to customers electronically (a PDF of the bill or invoice) to the e-mail address indicated by the customer, on the basis of the customer's consent to the electronic delivery of documents. Consents and declarations signed by the persons authorized on the customer's side may be sent to the e-mail address FR_ezgody@udt.gov.pl
