MRit: until 30.09 extend the qualification certificates

The Ministry of Development and Technology recalls that as of January 1, 2024, all unexpired certificates of qualification for the operation or maintenance of technical equipment expire. Certificates issued indefinitely require an application for renewal no later than 30 September 2023. Submission of an application after this deadline will result in the need to take a paid examination in order to reacquire the certificate.

YOU HAVE UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30, 2023 TO APPLY FOR THE RENEWAL OF THE CERTIFICATE

The Ministry of Development and Technology kindly reminds that as of January 1, 2024, the existing indefinite qualification certificates authorizing the operation and maintenance of technical equipment will expire and cease to be valid. In order to extend them free of charge for another 5 years or 10 years (period
the validity of the entitlements depends on the type and extent of the qualifications) it is necessary to submit an application to the technical supervision unit for their extension no later than 30 September 2023. Submission of an application after 30 September 2023 will result in the need to take a paid examination in order to reacquire the certificate.

WE ALSO INFORM YOU THAT IN THE FOLLOWING YEARS, EACH RENEWAL OF THE VALIDITY OF QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATES FOR THE OPERATION OR MAINTENANCE OF TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE NEXT 5 OR 10 YEARS WILL TAKE PLACE ON THE SAME TERMS — FREE OF CHARGE, WITHOUT THE NEED TO PASS QUALIFICATION EXAMS, IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS RESULTING FROM THE PROVISIONS OF THE TECHNICAL SUPERVISION ACT
