Amendment to the Excise Duty Act signed

The President has signed the amendment to the Excise Duty Act.
The Act enters into force 14 days after the date of its promulgation, with the exception of the changes replacing the paper delivery document with a document in electronic form (e-DD) and the changes concerning the movement of excise goods outside the duty suspension arrangement with the use of the national IT system, which enter into force on 1 January 2019.
