Sejm passes the amendment to the Excise Duty Act

On 14 December 2018 the Sejm adopted the amendment to the Excise Duty Act. The act will now be referred to the Senate and then to the President.
As a reminder, the LPG industry had applied for a transitional period for the use of the e-DD. Ultimately, thanks to the efforts of POGP, a transitional period was introduced running until the end of next year, that is until 31 December 2019. This means that until the end of 2019 the paper delivery document may still be used, as has been the case so far.
