Announcement of the Minister of Infrastructure on the Fuel Charge Rate for 2020

Pursuant to Article 37m(4) of the Act of 27 October 1994 on Toll Motorways and the National Road Fund (Journal of Laws of 2018, items 2014 and 2244, and of 2019, items 730, 1123 and 2020), hereinafter referred to as "the Act", the fuel charge rate for 2020 is hereby announced as:
1) PLN 138.49 per 1,000 l of motor gasolines and of products obtained by mixing those gasolines with biocomponents, referred to in Article 37h(4)(1) of the Act;
2) PLN 306.34 per 1,000 l of diesel oils, of products obtained by mixing those oils with biocomponents and of biocomponents constituting fuels in their own right, referred to in Article 37h(4)(2) and (3) of the Act;
3) PLN 170.55 per 1,000 kg of gases and other products referred to in Article 37h(4)(4) and (5) of the Act.
