Paper delivery document until 31 January 2021

Yesterday (12 December 2019) the Sejm passed an act extending the possibility of using the paper delivery document, in parallel with the e-DD, until 31 January 2021.
The act enters into force on 31 December 2019.
The aim of this change is to make it possible, during a transitional period, for deliveries of excise goods monitored in the EMCS PL2 system to be made also on the basis of the paper delivery document.
