Draft act amending the Excise Duty Act

Work is under way on the government draft act amending the Excise Duty Act (parliamentary paper 2581).
At present (29 June 2018) the draft has passed the stage of work by the standing subcommittee for monitoring the tax system. POGP submitted a number of proposals and comments on the draft under discussion, some of which were accepted (including a consolidated e-DD for a single tanker).
