LPG transport covered by the SENT monitoring system

On 22 August the Journal of Laws published the regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 August 2019 amending the regulation on goods whose transport is covered by the road and rail freight monitoring system (SENT).
Compared with the rules currently in force, the amendment to the regulation extends the freight monitoring system to goods falling under heading ex CN 2711 (propane, butane and propane-butane mixes), regardless of their quantity in a shipment, and thus the transport of liquefied gas (LPG) will be covered by the monitoring system.
The regulation enters into force on 1 December 2019.
