Regulations on the Reporting Obligations of Fuel Companies

The regulations have been submitted for publication in the Journal of Laws and will enter into force on the day following their announcement.

The package comprises regulations:

– on the register of emergency stocks,

– on the template of the declaration submitted by producers and traders to the President of the Material Reserves Agency,

– on the template of the report on entities commissioning the storage, transshipment, transmission or distribution of liquid fuels,

– on the template of the report on the types and quantities of liquid fuels produced, brought into and taken out of the country, and on their intended use,

– on the template of the information on the types and location of the liquid fuel infrastructure used in the business conducted.
