Regulations of the Ministry of Finance

A number of regulations of the Minister of Finance, Funds and Regional Policy concerning the LPG industry have been published in the Journal of Laws.
These include:
- Regulation of 29 January 2021 on the data entered in the System and on the procedure to be followed when moving excise goods using the System (item 208)
- Regulation of 26 January 2021 on the conditions for applying certain exemptions from excise duty (item 205)
- Regulation of 28 January 2021 on the detailed scope of data to be included in documents relating to registration for excise duty purposes (item 197)
- Regulation of 21 January 2021 amending the regulation on goods whose transport is covered by the system for monitoring the road and rail transport of goods and trade in heating fuels (item 163)
