Sunday, 21 January 2018, was a car-free day in the Italian capital. The ban on car traffic was in force for 8 hours, from 7:30 to 12:30 and from 17:30 to 20:30. Interestingly, electric cars and cars running on liquefied gas (LPG) were exempt from the ban.
