Toyota unveils a new LPG-electric hybrid taxi in Japan

Toyota has presented its new hybrid taxi model, the JPN Taxi.
The vehicle is designed to carry children, the elderly, people with disabilities and tourists visiting Japan. Care was also taken to give the model an environmentally friendly character. The JPN Taxi is powered by a hybrid engine (LPG-electric). The manufacturer promises fuel consumption of 19.4 km/L, which will significantly reduce carbon dioxide emissions. Toyota estimates its sales at 1,000 units per month (in Japan alone). Price: about PLN 103 thousand.
