In the latest episode of the Uwaga, wodór podcast, a POGP representative discusses the liquefied gas market in Poland and its future. Faced with war and the energy crisis in Europe, the familiar energy trilemma - security of supply, the source of the energy and its cost - has become infinitely harder. On top of that, in the case of Poland, a country struggling with the civilizational challenge of air quality and with widening wealth inequality, the answers to the question of the desired energy mix carry particular weight.
In the face of the energy and climate crisis, can green fuels in the form of liquefied gases, such as bioLPG, bioLNG or dimethyl ether, be the solution? Can we afford to disregard the emission reduction potential in road transport represented by 3 million autogas-powered cars?
