CRPA registration only until 30 June

30 June is the deadline for submitting a registration notification to the CRPA (the Central Register of Excise Entities).
This is done through the Electronic Tax and Customs Services Platform (PUESC). From 1 July 2021, entities that have not been registered in the CRPA will not be able to conduct business activity involving excise goods. In turn, entities consuming excise goods that do not conduct business activity and are not natural persons (such as local government units, the army, the police and the Border Guard) will not be able to purchase aviation fuels, marine fuels and LPG that are exempt from excise duty on account of their intended use.
